The ingredients are sourced from The Gardens by Bisma Eight as well as from the owner’s private gardens to ensure quality and wholesomeness reaches the table. 

As the name suggests, Copper is featured highly in the design of the restaurant and bar with everything from the cutlery, to the bar and even the bar tools made of copper. The drinks are equally as alluring as the food, with Indonesia's top mixologists serving the most original cocktails around for miles. Try one of their barrel aged cocktails, they have Negronis, Manhattans and Old Fashioneds cocktails barreled for 40-50 days for the perfect oakiness to develop in the flavour.
