Built and managed by William Kernot, Villa Suar was a passion project that grew from one to 3 villas to become an outstanding, luxurious Seminyak Villa Complex.
After spending a lot of effort in searching for the perfect land, William finally found the right block in 2010 and started the process of designing these villas and sourcing the materials with a common objective being, to build something unique, that would make these villas stand out from the rest. William researched designers and architects that suited his style and could create something special, he eventually came across the same architect that designed the Karma Resorts in Bali therefore attention to quality and design has not been overlooked.
In 2012 William started the build and the end result, luxury villas show casing a fusion of tropical and modern design along with the fine selection of materials and décor have all been combined together to enhance your experience in the Villas. No expenses were spared, only high end materials were used.
These new villas consist of a 5 Bedroom Villa, a 3 Bedroom Villa and a 2 Bedroom Villa. All 3 villas are located in the most fashionable and trendy area of Seminyak, Bali, yet they still offer the seclusion, privacy and tranquility one would desire. The villas are located within short walking distance from the beach, fashion boutiques and interior design stores as well as a variety of health spas and a selection of restaurants offering international and local cuisines.
In recent years, Wiliam, the owner of Villa Suar has expanded his successful hospitality business to beyond Bali by offering the same concept of luxury villas in other exotic locations such as the Mamanuca Islands, Fiji and the famous North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii.
