A day in Escape Haven differs from guest to guest depending on the package of choice. You can choose from yoga, surfing, well-being, active and more. Of course for the woman that wants to spend a few wonderfully lazy days around the pool- this is strongly encouraged too. The day will start with fresh juices, a lovely brew and a gourmet breakfast to fuel the day’s activities as well as a deep sense of wellness. Then the surfer girls will start the hunt for the infamous perfect turquoise waves, the yoga girls will enjoy their morning practice and the active girls will head out for some SUPing, cycling along rice paddies, personal training session or rice paddy walking.
The wellbeing options include activities such as Balinese healing, tarot reading, a shopping tour, temple visits or a variety of other cultural and foodie activities. All options can be chosen as a part of any program.
